I find the numbers on here to be considerably higher than my HRM. About 2/3 of what is on here is about what my actual reading comes to. Of course it can vary from person to person with differences

Try to stay away from fried foods, go with broiled or baked get sauces on the side. I always lean towards chicken as a healthy choice but fish is good too....just watch what they may cook it in for extra fats, etc. Have A good night!
