The first part from 204 to 160 took between 4 and 5 months and I did this about 3 years ago. The last 165.5 - 142 has taken me 12 weeks.

I am 5'7" 1/2. My start weight was 165.5 and been doing the 1200 calories and it has been working brilliant for me (I don't exercise much and if I did I would eat back my calories). Wow! That is amazing weight loss already! I wouldn't worry too much about lowering your goal weight yet. Because you are so close to target I think you will be surprised at how much a difference 15 lbs will make ... maybe get to your goal and re-evaluate then. Simply see how you feel and then decide?

I do understand how sometimes it is hard to reach 1200 calories.
