I've bought them at Walmart and Target. They are in the fridge area. It took me forever to find them before becaue I thought they'd be with the muffins and such, but I found them by accident one day :p THEY ARE SOOOOO YUMMY!

I burn tons of calories when I go running/jogging because the place where I go is a hill that inclines and declines with 215 stairs so it's not just a flat pavement. Thanks guys for looking at my diary...I know that I really need to stop eating candy and it just so happens that I started eating them that month. you're right that does make sense...my watch has my age and weight, but the machine I'm using at home doesn't have that option to input it, so I guess I'll be using the calories from my watch! Thank you so much! :smile:

I do use that service and it's awesome...I love the 10 minute workouts! At first I was like 10 minutes??? How hard could that be? boy was I wrong...it was awesome! There are also tons of great workouts there! Thumbs up from me :)

I totally understand when I looked u one of my favorite salads at a chain restaurant and found out that the "SALAD" was 1100 calories...WTH! Maybe I shoulda got the burger because it was about the same amount of cals :/ That's why now, before I go out to eat, I plan what I'm going to get and I'll know how many calories it…

I usually don't just in case some of the foods I log aren't the correct calories. And when I do, I try not to use more than half of it.
