This. I'd love a small chest. I have never been able to stand up straight, it takes a huge effort when you have a larger chest. More than a handful is a waste anyway.

That tiramisu contained real ladies' fingers. Old ladies who died had their fingers snapped off, they were so dry that you had to soak them in coffee. I refused to eat it til I was 13.

I make my own ranch dip. I have a jar of spices I mixed and I add a bit to cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, whatever I feel like using as a base. Much fewer calories than bottled ranch, and it tastes great. I can give you the recipe if you like, I found it on Pinterest.

If you're really not hungry, don't eat. Being under once in a while won't hurt you, just don't make a routine of it.

I'm 5'7", started at 230, aiming for 130-145, depending on how I look and feel at that stage. My current, 165, is what I weighed in high school, I had to maintain over 150 to stay on the rugby team so aiming for something below that is a bit foreign to me.

I have mine with mashed or sliced avocado sometimes. Makes it really creamy and nice.

I make mine an omelette with peppers, onion, spinach, and sometimes sausage and/or cheese. Cut in half, put on an English muffin.

If you're really into peeing, sure it is. I drink tea, coffee and the occasional glass of water, and I'm getting along just fine.

I struggled for a while, but i figured it out. If it's important to you, you'll find the time. I work 10 hour shifts, sleep 4-5 hrs a night. Oikos pomegranate-raspberry or lime is really good.. PC makes a great lemon and I use their plain and vanilla quite a bit too. We don't have chobani where I live but everyone keeps raving about it.

I used the wii, along with good diet to get from 230-185 pounds. I used mostly kickboxing and advanced step along with yoga. Now I walk, run, bike ride, lift weights etc, but it was a good starting point for me to get to where I could do more strenuous activity easily.

There comes a great power and sense of relief when you stop caring what other people, especially strangers, think of you. My diary is open, I know I'm not perfect and I don't care who sees it.

60 pounds down and I am an E, down from a G. I am hoping to be a D at the largest by the time I am done. I've been a DD since 7th grade and I'm excited to buy clothes that fit in the body and the chest area. You don't really want a lifetime of back pain, do you?

Pudgy kneecaps. I've never been in love with my thighs or knees, but I wore a bathing suit in public, on purpose this past summer and I actually look good in those pictures. I'm not yet where I want to be, but I never thought I would look at a picture of me in a bathing suit and actually like it.

I work in a somewhat casual workplace, we can wear sweats/yoga pants/ whatever since we are a closed facility(need clearance to enter). One day I tripped in the hallway, my pants had fallen down. Being that the only underoos I wear are thongs, I am thankful that I wear a lab coat.

I have a terrible Starbucks addiction. Terrible. The Christmas season is hardest for me with the gingerbread lattes. While I haven't been able to cut it out completely I have scaled it back. My current drink there is 190 cals, 1-2 times a week vs the almost daily 360 cals I was having before.

Greek yogurt, berries, bananas and eggs all make frequent appearances in my diet. 1 banana +2 eggs with a sprinkle of cinnamon is my go to pancake batter. Delicious and good for you.
