32 with 3 kids. Lost 85 pounds a few years ago, went from 230-145. I was in the best shape of my life, but somehow i always find self care on the back burner. I've yo-yo'ed since then, finding myself in the 180-190's. This time i'm going to keep it off.

Brussels sprouts. I try them a few times a year, hoping to like them- my husband says they're ah-mazing. Still can't put one in my mouth without gagging. Watermelon. It's just wrong. The texture is confusing and the taste is just nasty.

I've decided this year is the year for decluttering, purging and beautifying our home. I started by un-decorating the day after boxing day. We've tackled the livingroom, kitchen(even the space above the cupboards, but haven't excavated the craft cabinet yet), 2 bathrooms, storage under the stairs, my bedroom, and we're on…

Coffee. It soothes my tired, grouchy soul. And the time I get all to myself is pretty great, too.

I find that when I skip workouts, I have less energy overall and become lethargic. So I do my best not to skip. I feel bad more often than I feel good, so unless I am bedbound, I stick to my routine.

I do glute bridges cause I have no room for a bench. Definitely a good burn there. And like they say, squat til you're hot.

Less coffee. I make lattes with a whole lot of whole milk (like 1 cup per 6oz espresso). So i have my morning ritual and maybe one more, rather than several per day. Big difference.

A couple times a week out of curiousity, but i only record it once a week.

Lunch or dinner, depending on my work schedule. I tend to just have a latte for breakfast.

More bike rides/hikes/anything outside. Once it cools down i spend a lot more time outside. Summer is not for me.

Chest, thighs and butt. I may have to get down to my birth weight before I can buy a bra at a regular store.

I eat my calories BUT i don't log lifting as exercise, i don't log steps at home/work/if i walk to work. I log extra exercise that i do purposely to burn calories, and yes, i eat those too. Losing on about 1760 cals a day. I'm set to lose 1 pound a week. Im about the same weight as you. I don't want to drop too quickly and…

1770 and losing steadily, keeping it off this time. Went from 231 to 148 on 1300 calories, was not sustainable, gained nearly 40 back over a few years. So here I am at 191. Taking it slow, making better choices, eating real food.

I look up the menu in advance and plan. Save my calories for dinner. I log it in advance, then I know how many calories i have for the rest of the day. While i can't log 100% accurately from a restaurant, i have enough info to get pretty close. If i know i'm going to blow my calories i will work out in advance. In past…

Full-time working, part time student mom of 3 here. My kids do 1 extra curricular after school, that's it that's all. Allowing time for unstructured is important. Once they hit 2nd grade, they make their own lunches. I have a chart for what goes in a lunch, and suggestions for sandwich/wrap ingredients. Autonomy breeds…

Pre-logging as much as possible I try to pre-log breakfast and dinner, then i know how many calories i have left for lunch/snacks Realising it's ok to be hungry. I don't starve myself by any means, but i can hold out for an hour until dinner if that's all the calories i have left. I don't log any walking etc that is part…
