Anynursing mom out there? I have to start counting and looking at my plate again, I have alomist 17 kgs extra πŸ˜©πŸ˜©πŸ˜©πŸ’”and I’m afraid the whole thing will affect my nursing quality and quantity?

    Here here. Done it 4 times and not once has it helped me lose weight like it’s β€œsuppose” to. It makes me hang onto weight and have to fight for every little extra pound. Just find your normal deficit for your height/weight/activity level and add 500 calories to that if you are EBFing or 300 if they are eating solids and your supply will be fine πŸ™‚

    Add me if you like. I dropped 55 pounds in 10 months after my youngest was born. Back to work and i kind of got off track, so i'm back to logging.
    Add those BF calories back and you'll be fine. Don't starve yourself.

    Same here! I didn't exactly go off track though I just started gaining once we stopped feeding.
