Anynursing mom out there? I have to start counting and looking at my plate again, I have alomist 17 kgs extra π©π©π©πand Iβm afraid the whole thing will affect my nursing quality and quantity?

Here here. Done it 4 times and not once has it helped me lose weight like itβs βsupposeβ to. It makes me hang onto weight and have to fight for every little extra pound. Just find your normal deficit for your height/weight/activity level and add 500 calories to that if you are EBFing or 300 if they are eating solids and your supply will be fine π2

Add me if you like. I dropped 55 pounds in 10 months after my youngest was born. Back to work and i kind of got off track, so i'm back to logging.
Add those BF calories back and you'll be fine. Don't starve yourself.1 -
same with me. 18 kgs over. weight keeps going up and down .1

Same here! I didn't exactly go off track though I just started gaining once we stopped feeding.1
