I have mine designed for when it's time. Don't want to share too much because its sentimental and somewhat unique. Will share when it's done though.

It depends on the kind of time and space you have. I keep a barbell and weights behind my couch and do squats etc when the kids are asleep. If they don't go to sleep my husband takes them for a car ride so i can get my time in. I also got a toddler carrier. It was a good chunk of money, but i can go hiking, long walks,…

Panache sports bras are my JAM. I am a 34GG and i have wireless sports bras from them. I am so in love with this bra, it's made me feel like I can do all the things without popping out of my bra or bouncing all over the place. Highly recommend.

This is round 3. Went from 231-145, then 210 to 150, now at 196 :/. I stop tracking my food, get busy and start making excuses. So it seems i need to be a permanent tracker. And i think i'm ok with that.

Hi! 31 here, starting again (and again and again). Went from 231 to 145 several years ago, and have been gaining and losing ever since. Winter is always hard for me, and now i'm at 188 because i... stopped trying. Looking to get back to 160 or under, as i seem to be able to maintain 155-160 with relative ease.

3-4 shots espresso in 3/4-1 cup of steamed whole milk. Sweet and fluffy with a bitter edge. I have 1-2 a day and i don't mind spending my calories there.

Last night was chow mein noodles with pork, bell pepper, carrots, water chestnut and bamboo in a chile coconut sauce, and apple crisp for dessert. Tonight is whatever is quick and easy, monday is the busiest day of the week.

There are very few things i don't eat. It never needs to be boring. I don't do 'diet' or 'light', and nothing is off limits. I eat what I like, and fit it (roughly) within my calorie goals. If it was boring or gross or super repetitive i couldn't stick with it.

Brown sugar and whole milk. Sometimes i add chopped pecans or almonds. Anything else and the texture makes it inedible.

I lost from 231 to 145 in 2012/13. Had my baby 11 months ago and was at 215 when i stepped on the scale. I'm down to 155 now. If I can do it anyone can.

That's my birthday too! I was at 215 (ish) when my son was born last september. I'm currently at 155 with a goal of 145, hoping to make it there for my birthday.

My bike shorts now look like regular bike shorts that fit, rather than overstuffed sausage casings.

To get to 155 by end of august. I'm at 157 now, 155 would make 60 pounds lost since september, and i'd only have 10 left to goal.

I have a great many 50's pin-up style dresses that I want to order when i am at my (permanent) goal size. I also have a tattoo waiting to be done when i hit goal (only 13 more pounds!)

Gone from a 38GG/H to a 32G after losing over 70 pounds. (13 from goal now) There is some loose skin but they are not down to my knees or anything. I'll be getting a lift once i've maintained at goal for a year if the skin doesn't tighten up nicely enough. Mostly because i dream of not needing an underwire with my bathing…

Apples. Boring, but effective. I slice it up thin and it takes a while to eat, and the juicy/crunchy combo hits the spot. If i need protein jerky is my quick fix.

I ate at 9:30,now i'm having coffee at 1:45am. Viva las nightshift. Have lost near 70 pounds eating whenever, just within my calories.
