I log daily, 'good' and 'bad' foods, losing consistently. My diary is open, you can add me if you like. I only log cardio for exercise though, i rarely log my weight training sessions.

Soft boiled, poached or fried, as long as the yolk is runny. Scrambled is disgusting to me. The texture is just wrong.

Tried on my best work slacks in preperation for my return from mat leave in a few days, and they are perfect. Haven't fit into them since early 2014 :)

I don't get the chub rub when i wear shorts. I walk most places I go (and enjoy it!) I sleep better/more comfortably I feel confident in a tank top I feel confident in a bathing suit I feel confident i can eat a tub of ice cream, just not all in one day :)

I do it out of convenience. 3 kids (4 if you count my husband) and a fulltime job doesn't leave me with a ton of spare time. I can plan and prep a bigger variety of foods, or I can use my 'me' time to exercise, read, pee alone etc.
