...but have you tried hazelnut almond butter? I could eat the jar.

Coffee with lots of milk when i wake up, so i don't kill anything. Breakfast after kids leave for school, or brunch together on weekends Lunch- i'll either eat a bit early(maybe 11) and then run errands, or have a few snacks rather than a full lunch Snack- after school with the kids, i'll partake if i have extra calories…

Homemade latte and a blackberry crumble bar. I make a double batch of fruit crumble and it lasts a week for my family of 5.

I have MS, and am chronically anemic and suck at absorbing iron, magnesium and b vitamins. Also known to have the blood pressure of a corpse. Tried fasting once, for a dietary perspective and nothing to do with the disease itself. Still took my regular medication and supplements. After 1.5 days i gave up. I has such bad…

I set that goal in january 2012 when i joined MFP. I am pretty damn pleased with myself.

Did my first ever unassisted pull-up. Felt so nice i did it twice. Boom.

Don't make a big deal of it. You choose what to make, the kid chooses how much and what to eat. I give choices, like i will get salad ingredients and each kid must choose 2 veggies minimum along with whatever else. No veggies is simply not an option. After the first few tries there's no argument and nobody's refusing to…

Was a 38G in september. Lost 50 pounds, now a 34G. Everything except my boobs has shrunk significantly. I have never had small boobs (woke up with DDs in 6th grade), i may be paying to get them.

I have so much embarassing music. So much. I also have an 11 year old who has recently discovered Aqua. There is a whole lot of Barbie Girl happening around here.

I can fit 34 oreos in my calorie goals. I couldn't have anything else and my macros would go to hell, but sometimes you just need 34 oreos.

My little is 9 month, i've lost 50 since he was born with about 20 left to go. Feel free to add me!

Full disclosure: i drink coffee every day(not bulletproof or anything, just coffe and milk). My diary is horribly honest and not completely 'healthy', but it is sustainable for me and i have lost 50 pounds since september this way. I do eat real food, and i wash it as well.

Great job! It may not have been as fast as you wished, but you were indeed successful. Congratulations!

Remarkable difference, you look 10 years younger!

Hi! My little guy is 9 months. I've lost the baby weight +15 (50 pounds total). Still have 20ish to go. Feel free to add me!

I had this issue for the longest time. The only thing you can do is to stop caring what other people think. Even if you do care, act like you don't. Eventually you won't. It is the most freeing thing you can do, I highly reccomend it.

Yes. I have an active job, and i lift 3x a week. During nicer weather and if time permits, i bike to/from work. I work rotating shifts and biking there and back is sometimes all i can manage, especially if i'm on nights. If i had to go to a gym i definitely wouldn't get any exercise in.

I started out with a 20lb bar. No shame in starting small, it's important to make sure your form is good before you add too much weight.

My 7 year old has been playing catch-up in the weight department for a few years now. We've found the most success with nuts and nut butters, and things like burgers now that he eats meat (wouldn't touch it- even chicken nuggets- til kindergarten). He loves beans, especially bbq or maple style. We buy whole milk and use…

I am planning on it, depending on where I am when I am done with weight loss/recomp. I was a DD in 6th grade, an F at 145 pounds, currently at 165 pounds and a full G. If I don't get to a size i can easily find in store (DD or less) within 2 years, I will be going for it.

1. Bust my butt on my lifting routine. I leave for a camping trip early a.m. saturday and won't get to do it again til the 29th/30th. 2. Finish getting packed (family of 5) for said trip 3. Go grocery shopping for trip 4. Shower 5. Eat 6. Sleep

My moms cooking was horrible. But my dad would do sunday meals. Lunch was a simple soup and sandwiches. Dinner would be a roast, meatloaf, lamb, whole chicken... something like that, with mashed taters and gravy and some sort of veg. Still my favourite. My mom made lovely banana bread and jelly donuts though, and we'd…

Sorry, i'm no help in the food department. As for exercise, the best thing i ever did for myself was buy a barbell, dumbbells and plates. I crank out a workout when the big kids are in bed and the baby's sleeping (he's 8 months and not so good with the sleeping on his own thing). Sometimes all i get is 10 minutes, but it…
