Hi! My husband is the same (asked me if he was getting fat at 135 pounds lol). I have an 8 month old, lost the baby weight and then some, still looking to lose about 22 more. Feel free to add me

Hi! I'm 29 with 3 kids, lost 63 so far with about 22 to go. Sending a friend request :)

Maybe you've changed. The oreos know it, and they don't want you to be upset, but it's you, not them.
-
My baby has found my collarbones! They've been absent for awhile, but he's found them and won't stop grabbing them. I didn't realise they were visible until he did that!
-
It's easier to lose when I am happy. Going camping next week, we dip roasted marshmallows in baileys or kahlua, then stuff that inside an oreo. 280ish calories for 2 of those fit perfectly inside my calorie goal. That next-level joy will keep me going for weeks. It's the little things, really.

What do YOU think? You do what you need to to be comfortable in your own skin. Don't worry about the opinions of others.

Whipped cream. I refuse to believe it has calories.

Most things seem to be overestimated. My job is similar to yours and I just changed my activity level rather than tracking a calorie burn that is surely inaccurate. Or i would log it and only eat 1/2 those calories back.

Feel free to add me. I have an 8 month old, lost the baby weight and then some, still 22ish pounds from goal. I'm here almost every day.

Yeah. My mom got it for us as teens. Started babysitting just so I could get my own choice of deodorant. Didn't enjoy being the stinky kid in class.

I'm currently at 40%carbs-35%fat-25% protein, which gives me 61g fats. I track those plus fiber, and see all but calories as goals, not limits. This has been sustainable for me so i'm sticking with it. I do struggle with protein goal some days, but overall i've been successful this way.

Congrats on the new little one! Mine is 8 months now. I've lost 47 pounds since he was born, with about 22 left to go. Feel free to add me!

I have lavender, vanilla, orange& grapefruit oils for a refreshing smell. For me, they just smell nice, i don't expect them to have any use beyond that.

Depends on where you work. We do have a dedicated lunchroom, but one of our teams is stationed right outside the door. We have a sign saying not to eat anything that smells less than pleasant inside as they have to smell it all day. If we bring smelly food we have to eat on the loading dock, which houses our recycle&…

Wow! Amazing progress already, and what a great attitude about it! You're right, this is a change for life!

Every body is different. I'm 5'7" I have gone from 199 to 168 in 5 months. But, I also have an 8 month old baby, so I am able to eat quite a bit and still lose due to breastfeeding. I also lift weights and do a bit of cardio. Now that i am about 20 from my goal i do expect the loss to slow down, and that's ok. In fact, I…

I eat animals frequently. 61 pounds down overall, 31 just this year. It's a convenient source of protein and i don't like to use supplements.
-
This. Also, i'm 5'7" and if I had to survive on 1200 i'd eat my own leg. You are earning those exercise calories, at least eat some of them.

I live in a townhouse with no garage/basement/spare room. I currently use a barbell and dumbbells, slowly adding weight as i don't have space for racks or any of that, i don't want to get into something I can't get out of. I am limited to the equipment i can fit behind my couch until we move this summer, then i'll be…

Tim Hortons is absolute shite. Born and raised Canadian (i even worked at tim's as a teen). Don't waste your calories. Our city has a wonderful little shop called Empire donuts. You can't pick up, they deliver even to your house and they have the most amazing donuts I have ever eaten.

Grams and ounces. Can do as small as .01 grams. Pc brand, got it at superstore for $25 and it has lasted a few years now. I have another one for bigger things as the highest that can do is 500g.

Chest, thighs and booty. Tummy and arms are the first things to go. I guess i'm lucky in that way, but i'm really hoping to shrink everything a bit so i don't have to spend my life savings on bras.

I forgot about duck beaks!

Just do you. You are doing your best to be healthy and fit. It's quite possible that other people are projecting their own insecurities onto you. You know you are strong, happy and healthy, so don't let other people's feelings weigh you down. It's your body.

If a man thinks your arms are more 'manly' than his, perhaps it's his problem and he should work on himself. Just do you, you are rocking it.

I am currently at 45 carbs, 30 fat, 25 protein. Lost 45 pounds and many many inches since september that way. I am about 20 away from goal now, I might change my macros at 10-15 away, but where I am now is realistic and sustainable for me so I might keep it as is. I lift weights (nothing really heavy, only about 50 pounds…

Kids fed me breakfast for mother's day. I had sweet potato oatmeal breakfast casserole and a cinnamon bun. Iced coffee for a snack as we walked to tim horton's for the kids to buy a treat with their allowance. Lunch is a chocolate protein shake that I found at the store and want to try. 300 cals and 38 protein is decent…

Knowing that every day of inaction is a step in the wrong direction. Every day of action get me closer to where I want to be. Simple as that.
