Tonight was a vegetarian night for us.

Half a red pepper stuffed with tomato, rice, veg and a light sprinkle if cheddar.

Two sweet potato and bean paprika sausages.

    Half a plate of salad

    6 green olives

1 slice of low fat garlic bread

    400 cals

Is this something you made or something I can purchase? Sounds super yummy.

Last night it was pork tenderloin, carrots, mushrooms & potatoes roasted in the slow cooker all day (heavy on the veg). Served as open-face sandwiches w/ homemade gravy. Tonight will be the same! :) This is by far one of my favorite meals (we alternate between pork/beef/venison/whatever game we have in the freezer roasts). I usually also add fresh green beans, but I forgot them this week.

About to make turkey burgers, home made chips and salad (Hairy Dieters recipe UK, love those chefs). 315 calories for a decent meal :-)

I had an idea, I took a no-oil salad dressing that I made, added more beans, some fresh garden basil and some chicken broth I had left over. Made a soup. If I had the time I would have added carrots and other vegetables. I basically took a bean based salad dressing and turned it into a soup. (The picture isn't that exciting)

I had made a teriyaki vegetable only stir fry that I got from Walmart for 2.12 on same day expiry discount. But I forgot it at home.. So instead I had clover valley vegetarian soup and a clover valley light yogurt. *kitten* dinner I know but I was in a hurry to get to work and needed something vegetarian diet friendly.

Ahhhhhhhh thats how this is 315cal. Patties not burgers, patties.

I'm not sure if I can make a copy of the book on here but Google The Hairy Dieters, turkey burgers and chips.
Basically it's 2 turkey patties with mixed in veggies. Home made fries with just 2 teaspoons oil, a huge green salad and a scoop of tomato relish.
    Very tasty midweek meal 👍

Its the only way to eat it :) Ditto cauliflower.

Didn't want to be in the hot kitchen too long, so I made scrambled eggs with diced ham, peppers, onions, and bacon on a tortilla wrap for dinner.

No pictures, I had some left over grill chicken, ground it up with some chickpeas, added Greek yogurt, peppers, celery, dill pickles and some spices for a chicken salad sandwich.
