A whole egg is only 70 calories, and they are fantastic nutritional value. Without the yolk you are missing half the protein, most of the fat (which your body needs to run properly. Fat will not make you fat) and all of the iron and folate. I know some people use half whole eggs and half whites, but i strongly prefer whole…

You look great! I am also a 25 year old mom of 2, but mine are 7 and almost 4.

Once a month, twice if there's a special occasion. Our schedules are worked out so a parent is always home, so no need to have someone else cook for us.

18 and 21. The older was a surprise. I was barely 14 when i met my husband, otherwise things would have went differently. We have plans for when our kids are grown, as we will still be quite young when they are adults and (hopefully) moved out.

Cook the same thing for everyone. It takes some adjusting but everyone is better off in the long run. My husband isn't picky and my kids have adjusted wonderfully. Teaching them a healthy lifestyle now will save a struggle in the long run.

Ate it anyway, ate it anyway, ate it anyway just now Just now i ate it anyway ate it anyway just now.....

Nope. I do all the cooking and i love it. My husband, however, makes the best cheesecake i've ever had. <happy

if you really want to spend forever with this man, then forever includes his child no matter the circumstance. if he gets full custody you are likely better off, and so is the boy. this gives the boy stability and an opportunity for consistant discipline, which goes a long long way. he is only 5 and though it will be hard,…

guys stare and hit on me more with my newfound confidence, and flattering as it is, my husband has been the only one for me since i was barely a teen. not jumping ship just cause i look better. he had my back at my worst, and he derseves to see me at my best.

there is a certain attraction to the bad boy, i loved that about my husband when we first met (at 14). i am so relieved that he grew up to be the nice guy. not by any means a doormat, and he is *ahem* assertive when he needs to be, but he is kind, loving, and gentle at the same time. he does his best to do the right thing,…

the elephant in the playroom by denise brodey. it is a collaboration of parents writing about life with their special needs children. it is a lonely place when you have a special child, and there is no private life. everything you do is in the public eye. there is no buffer and it is horribly overwhelming. this book gave…

whipped cream. no lie. i am conscious of how much i eat, but i need to pretend like it is made of clouds and love and sunshine and not calories. for my sanity. also, spices that i know are very low/no calorie. everything else i eat, every bite is logged.

My go to is banana, mixed berries, and plain greek yogurt. I freeze the banana and the berries come frozen. That with the greek yogurt makes a nice thick creamy smoothie. I add cocoa powder for a treat. I'll also add whatever fruit i have on hand, and 9 out of 10 times it turns out really well.

Our school does not offer lunches, and the kids are likely better off for it. i woud invest in a thermos for each child. Voila, hot lunch. I will make soup, oatmeal, chili, pasta, whatever the night before and my daughter (who is 7) knows how to reheat in the toaster oven and into her thermos for school. On warmer days,…

You won't know until you do it. I have lost over 80 pounds and am still rocking a full DD cup. I was hoping to lose more than that in the boob area, but it is what it is. I would rater be healthy with a smaller chest than unhealthy with a larger one.

Child. A car is a car, there is only so much it can do. Children are wonderful, spontaneous, loving, beautiful little people. I may be biased as I've already got 2 kids, but I would never choose a material thing over an amazing child that I would get to love for the rest of my life.

Drink my milk from a shot glass and eat cereal from a ramekin with a tiny spoon, cause i like to pretend i…
