It's great when done right. Get good quality beans, not grounds. You want a french press or a single shot brewer, mine grinds&brews single cups and shots for my lazy behind. It tastes a bajillion times better when it is fresh ground.

Nonfat greek yogurt. 120 cals for 175g, 0 Fat and 18g protein, in the brand i buy at least. It's the least calorie dense thing i could find for a good amout of protein.

Mememe! I have gone from a 38F/G down to a very full 36DD, a size i have not seen since 8th grade. I am smaller now than i was back then, and still, too much boobage. When i am done losing, i am looking at a reduction& lift. I would be okay with a regular DD even, but this is ridiculous.

I use exfoliating soap or a body scrub instead of regular body wash, it makes me feel much cleaner.

A good size is what makes you feel good. I am 5'7", medium build and 120 would look awful on me, i don't want to look like a lollipop. 140 is my goal, i am a size 6/8 at 149 and i don't want to be much smaller.

Laundry and clean up from our camping trip. Making toast for a 3 year old that won't sleep cause he napped in the car on the way home. he's sad cause he didn't want to leave the campsite. He made friends with a snail and we had to leave it behind.

Glenfiddich. I can hold my liquor very well, and have yet to have a hangover, but when i puke so hard it comes out my nose and i wake up cuddled up with a shoe rack and vomit in half the shoes, it's time to quit.

Wear it. Scars are your history, and a mystery. I have made friends just from people asking about scars. My right thigh is a mess of scars, one runs across the top of my hip and down almost to my knee, with 3 that run parallel to that one. I'm not going to keep myself from wearing shorts in july for fear of someone seeing.

I only restrict myself from eating while i sleep, due to the choking hazard. I think we've lost enough weight between us to know that calorie's can't tell time. I just try to eat fruit and veg if it's late as i find it harder to restrict how much ice cream/chips/crap i eat later in the day. Damage control.

Reed's has been around for a while, they are a pretty good company. I love the extra ginger and the anti nausea brew was great when i was pregnant. There is also blue sky soda, they are all natural and have a calorie free version. I love the cherry vanilla and orange cream sodas.

I eat it with banana, berries, pineapple, pretty much any fruit, makes the texture better and adds flavor.
