I have piping hot espresso with steamed milk. I have 3 kids- i can chug it while it's burning or reheat it 10 times then it tastes sad. Choices.

3-400 usually. I have a double serving of a hearty porridge (red river or steel cut oats usually), some espresso and a cup of whole milk divided between my coffee and porridge. I don't generally have a morning snack, this holds me up until lunch. My calories are currently at 1915 so I still get a decent lunch, afternoon…

That is definetly the right attitude! I walk 3-4 times in a week, it helps when the weather is nice, but I think I'll get out on this dreary Sunday anyway!

Pre-teen girls. Seriously WTF. People who don't know how to use a merge. People who don't signal, especially in a merge. People who refuse to let you in at a merge cause it will save them .000002 seconds in the bumper to bumper frigging traffic. People who stop their cars on the highway offramp to feed/take pictures of…

Hi I'm 29 with 3 kids. I did the same thing, lost 86 pounds in 2013, gained a lot back. I have lost 15 pounds this year, 34 more to go. Feel free to add me!

His eyes may wander, and that's ok, so long as they are the only body part that does. I window shop too, we're only human.

Add me if you like, I have lost 47 pounds with 34+ to go. I'm 29, hope that's not too old for you :)

I haven't cut out anything, but my problem food is chips. I will mindlessly eat a whole family size bag. So now I weigh out 1 portion, put it in a bowl, put the bag in a cupboard, sit at the kitchen table and eat it. Much more self control that way. Also, I have a glass of water first thing in the morning, and that helps…

Every experience is different. Mine were impacted badly. I slept through the pain for 5 days, which about when I could manage soft food. I looked and felt like I had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson for a few weeks afterward.i wouldn't have dreamed of exercising then. I have friends who have gone to work the next day, so…

Dairy does it for me- more specifically cheese. I still eat milk, yogurt and ice cream, but I eat little to no cheese and my face has been much clearer since. I am also sensitive to certain cleansers, things with sls (sodium lauryl sulfate/sulphide) and also fragrances dry me out horribly, which causes my face to produce…

I am ok with cream of wheat, but my true love is red river. Both are far more delicious than oatmeal in my opinion.

The only place raisins belong are oatmeal spice cookies. Cinnamon raisin bagels/breads are an abomination.

Ketchup. Seriously WTF. Why put flavorless slime all over decent food. No. Just no. Strawberry yogurt. Tastes like mold. Artificially flavored strawberry ice cream too. But strawberry milk tastes great, natural or artificial flavored. Watermelon. It tastes like sunscreen. I don't know why everyone is so damn crazy about…

It depends on height and body composition. I am an hourglass shape, my waist needs a different size from my butt& thighs, and my chest and thighs seem to be the last place I lose inches from. At 5'7" and 185 I fit a 12 for pants, I can wear a 10 but it's not comfy enough for me yet. I wear a m/l shirt. At 145 I wear a 6…

I step on the scale twice a week but I log only my Friday morning weight, undressed and before I have breakfast. I figure it's more accurate as weight fluctuates throughout the day.

I was told to wait 12 weeks. After 4 weeks, you can likely see a difference, after 8 your family probably notices, after 12 everyone is likely to think it's noticeable enough to mention it. I personally am uncomfortable when everybody knows about it, it brings unsolicited advice and people trying to 'help' when they have…

We apparently have the best tap water in the country, whatever that means. I have a Brita in the fridge, mostly to keep it cold. I don't mind it straight from the tap, I grew up drinking from the garden hose and I'm still alive.

In 15 pounds I get my hair done (cut & color) with my pre-teen daughter. This runs me somewhere in the neighborhood of $300, so it is a treat. In 35 pounds (goal weight) I book in for my next tattoo.

Hi! I have 3 kids, 11, 7 and 5 months. I have lost about 30 since September, looking to lose 35-40 more.

This. It's really lovely. I also eat it raw, like you would an orange. I get prepackaged containers for hiking, in light syrup. It's super refreshing. Tried bringing a whole grapefruit once and.... wasps.

Whole milk. Good amount of protein and fat, and I steam it to add to my espresso. It tastes like love. It's what I'm used to and now anything less than whole tastes... empty and unsatisfying. I love coconut milk for some cooking, mainly in curries, and if you've never had whipped coconut cream with fresh pineapple and…

My #3 is 5.5 months, currently at 185 pounds (highest ever was 231). Getting back to 145/150 and staying there! Feel free to add me :)

Roasted with EVOO, fresh cracked pepper and rosemary. Om nom nom. ^ just saw that. Seriously the best.
-
Depends on your definition of waist. My true waist and my hips have quite the difference. Pants size at 5'7 and 230 was 16, at 145 was a loose 6 (hips at a 6, waist was a 4).

It was a beautiful day out so I went for a little walk, decided to keep going and ended up doing 17,506 steps. Really enjoyed it too, hopefully the weather keeps up so I can do more.

Apparently I don't take enough pictures, I will have to do some digging. In 2012/2013 I went from 231 to 145. After illness, laziness and a baby, I am now at 185, down from 199 in December, making my way back to goal and staying there this time.

I have 3 kids, 11, 7, and 5 months. I used MFP a few years back to drop 85 pounds. Fell off the horse, gained 20 pounds, had a baby, now I am 35-40 above goal. Support is important. The things that help me most are pre-logging meals ( that way I can tweak stuff to fit my calories and macros), drinking water, and using a…

We have 2 older kids, 7 and 11. We were young when we had the first 2, so we wanted to be done by the time my husband turned 30. Baby was born 3 days before dad's 30th birthday.

Short term, I'd like to wear my regular bathing suit instead of my maternity one when I go camping at the end of may. I'm 15-20 pounds away from that right now. I want to reach my final goal by September (35 pounds away), so if I reach my may goal september shouldn't be a problem.
