I'm usually happy and more relaxed yet energetic, and in a good kind of pain. I used to get emotional when I was doing huge workouts (1000-1500 calories burns). I would be exhausted and just...done. mentally and physically done, and I would burst into tears when I got home.

I am a 29 year old mom of 3, and I still can't figure out how to add friends :/ feel free to add me.

Vancouver Island here, I spend about $600 month for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and a baby who doesn't eat solids yet). One kid has specific dietary needs and food aversions. I watch for sales and stock up on nonperishables. We also do a lot of big batch cooking and grow some fruits& veg ourselves.

Nope. If anyone notices I'll be gracious, but I don't like that kind of attention. Last time I mentioned it and people would congratulate me. It was really weird and uncomfortable. My husband knows but he knows not to fuss about it and loves me either way.

4 1/2 months post here with 40ish pounds left to go. Feel free to add me.

Today I pre-logged the ice cream cake and snack I know I will be having at my daughter's birthday party so I can arrange my day around it rather than giving up because there's a party. I know it seems stupid but it's a big step. Usually I'd just not bother logging in that situation.

My small goal is a starbucks if I stay in my calorie allowance all week. When I hit goal weight I am getting a new tattoo that I have been itching to get for a while.

My morning during the week: pee, get dressed, wake the big kids up, wake the baby up (if he's still sleeping), get everyone fed, cleaned up and dressed, walk the big kids to school, go for a 1/2 hour walk around the dog park, have my breakfast and coffee while baby naps or plays. This sets the tone for the day, if I don't…

Definitely the way to go. CICO is a change of mindset, a lifestyle change. Calories can be adjusted to lose, gain or maintain as needed. There is no magic food, pill or diet that will get the weight off and keep it off. It all boils down to CICO. You can still eat what you like, just track it and make sure it fits into…

Welcome! Once you find your groove it does get easier, good luck to you!

A maid. A nap. A warm bath. A sunny day.

I keep a chocolate bar in my fridge, if I need a little something I'll have a square, 50-90 calories depending on what kind i buy. In warm weather I'll get creamsicles or fudgsicles, very satisfying and 60 calories each.

Roast them, and try different herbs and spices until you find what you like. I love them with rosemary and fresh ground pepper, and crushed red chilies if I'm feeling adventurous.

I like the bolthouse mocha or chocolate protein for a treat. And they are just that, a treat. I fit it in to my calorie allowance, no harm done.

I can touch my toes to my nose again! My oldest is a gymnast so this is an important thing for us. She wants me to practice her routines with her and I fully intend to do it :)

In for the party! My heaviest was 231, I was down to 145, been through some things and gained almost all of it back. Now I am down to 191, looking to get back to 150 ish and stay there :)

I only wear pajamas if we have guests. Otherwise I'm nakie, keep my robe close by just in case.

Waist& tummy go first, butt & thighs are last to go.

Hi! I have 3 kids, 11 (tomorrow eek!), 7, and 4 months. I am also ebf. I am eating 2000 cals a day, plus some exercise calories. I go for a 1/2 hour walk with babe in the carrier after I drop the big kids at school and I do some weights (barbell and hand weights at home) about twice a week, hoping to get to 4. I've lost 8…

This. I am at +500 until 6 months, then I will be +350-400 til 1 year.

No pics yet. I started out a few years ago at 231, brought myself down to 145. I stopped tracking and gained a lot of it back. Fast forward to september 2015, we had baby #3, and I found myself back at...well I'm not entirely certain, I stopped looking after 215. Now I am sitting at 191, my goal is 150, and this time I…

Every day, good or bad. I won't act like the bad days didn't happen, I still want to see what went wrong.

My turkey is 4 months and I still have 20 pounds of baby weight, plus 20 of not baby weight. With my last baby he was 2 before I lost anything. Keep at it, you will get there eventually.

My husband is the same. Eats like he's never seen food before. In 15 years he has gained 10 pounds, he's now 130 at 5'5" with a 29 waist. He loves me anyway, thick or thin. I'm 5'7" and my lowest was 140, and I look skeletal at that point. 150 suits me better, and I'm about 40 away right now.

I track my calories. I still eat whatever food I want, I just make sure it is within my calorie limit. it's higher right now cause I'm nursing a baby, so it's easier to stay in limit. My food scale is the best kitchen tool ever. I go for a 1/2 hour walk after I dump the big kids off at school, in a good week I do it 5…

I just set my activity level to lightly active, it's everyday life so I don't count it as exercise. I don't count walking to pick my kids up from school or cleaning either.

A latte, dark chocolate with hazlenut, and a back massage.
-
I drink water, and I have a homemade latte or 2 a day. Juice and pop I don't have often, I've never been a big fan. Liquor on occasion is fine too. As long as you accurately log calories you'll be fine.

I usually have a burger and fries, I give myself 2 options. A) I swap my bun out for lettuce or b) I have salad instead of fries. At red robin's I get popcorn shrimp and split it with my hubby or my 10 year old. At noodle box I split something good with the hubby, I find their portions quite generous, a half serving is…

My next mini goal is 190, I'm 4.4 pounds away. Final goal is 150.
