We do roasted veg with different spices, my kids will not eat peppers, onion or asparagus (which I love), but anything else is fair game. Our go to is rosemary and fresh pepper with olive oil. We also do fresh veg with dip, or build your own salad, which I like for my kids. We set up a variety of ingredients, adults eat…

A 4 year old cat who thinks she's a dog. Plays fetch, comes when called and goes outside to potty. Very proficient in rodent murdering. Also a 6 year old dog who is a perpetual 3 year old. Siberian husky. He has so.much.energy. seriously. We call him the man-child. And some fishes and aquatic frogs.

I have a 10 year old, 7 year old and an almost 4 month old. I lost 85 pounds here after my second babe, now I have about 50 to lose again. I know what I need to do, it's just getting off my but and doing it now. Feel free to add me :)

Pulla (finnish cardamom rolls) warmed up with melted Maya gold chocolate to dip. Om no nom.

I was at 231 after my older boy was born, came here and got down to 145. I stopped logging and went up to 165-170. Now I have a 3 month old and am back to 199. Now I have a 10 year old, 7 year old and the baby, hubby is working a lot and I go back to work sometime next summer. I want to take advantage of the time off that…

I walk to work on mondays, home on tues-thurs. 45 minute walk instead of 5 minute drive. I've got the extra time those days, so why not? I've also limited the amount of lattes I make to 1-2 a day and have water the rest of the time.

Having a workplace mocha (coffee, hot chocolate powder, no milk or cream) and 1/2 a coffee crisp.

I don't see myself as fat. I struggled with that for the longest time. Ever since i was a kid i never though i was good looking or had a nice body. Then, I hit 150 pounds in the summer of 2012. I went camping with my family, and looking through the pictures I saw this beautiful woman, with this ridiculous ear to ear grin,…

I was a 38F at 230 pounds, 32 D at 150. Currently sitting at 166 and a 34DD. everyone is different though.

I was pegged as the fat daughter from day 1, when I was born 8 pounds and my older sisters were each around 6. My mother never said things directly to me, but to anyone who would listen I 'was born bigger and would never be skinny' 'wore the same size as my older sister' 'shouldn't gain weight cause new pants are pricey'…

My work schedule is a mess. I am there early as 4am and leave as late as 12 midnight. I eat when I get a break. When I eat doesn't matter, what does is that I plan my meals whether I bring from home or buy. That way there's no surprise calories. Weekends I have brunch with the family sometime after 10, snack in between and…

You have some valid points. Be that as it may, I like food and will eat as I please. Seems to be working.

You need help. Food is not the enemy. Please get help before you seriously hurt yourself.

Chicken breast with carrot, potato, a little olive oil and whatever seasonings I throw in. Boring but delicious and my kids won't complain. And then maybe some cheesecake since I have 400 calories left over.

I weigh myself every saturday morning, no other time. I have an appointment with myself, and I keep it cause I am important and worth the effort. I don't cheat on my date, cause I really really like myself and I want to keep that appointment.

I am 77kg 5'7" and losing consistently at 1650 calories daily. 1200 is the lowest anyone should go and not recommended for anyone besides petite women. If you eat less than that you get a warning about the dangers of undereating. Starving yourself is no way to live. Good luck!

Having my super compliment me on my awesome work after letting me hide out away from the people for half my shift :)

I love greek yogurt, but I consider it an abomination and an offense to put it in a cheesecake.
-
Nope. I have chocolate kahlua cheesecake in the freezer. I pull a slice out when I want, and I eat it. Om nom nom.
-
My dad& stepmom are making dinner this year, we are bringing chocolate kahlua cheesecake and cookies for dessert.

Yup. My husband needs to eat 2000 cals daily to gain, I need 1600 to lose. I have trouble keeping within my limits, whereas he struggles to eat 1600 most days. He just doesn't eat that much.

I get picked on for eating salad at work. I eat plenty of other stuff too, but I actually enjoy salad. Loved it at 230 pounds, love it at 170, and surely I'll love it when I reach my goal. But people acts as if it's a foreign concept to enjoy a salad. This week I had a green salad one day and a chef salad yesterday.…

Except for the part where they're owned by an American company and their donuts come from a freezer. And their coffee is un-drinkable. Tastes burned.

I sometimes log my overage in the next day, I figure it as a weekly goal. A little more one day means a little less the next.
-
I only eat what could be called a meal once a day, on days off sometimes 2. I eat throughout the day, just not usually a proper meal as I am too busy between work, school and family.

Babe. Babe is a pig that herds sheep. I am not Babe. Pretty much anything else is ok.

It depends on your build. My sister is the same height and looks and feels wonderful at 125-130. I look and feel spectacular at 140-150. Anything less and I look sickly. I have an hourglass figure, she is a little less curvy. We are both lovely, just built a little differently. We are both in our 20's.

Coffee and chocolate. Could live off of them.
-
Sweet potato oatmeal casserole and a homemade latte, then a carrot bran muffin with cream cheese. I'll call it brunch.

Set yourself mini goals, and reward yourself for them. For me, if I stick to my calorie goal for the week (slightly over/under is ok, overeating/starving is not) I go to Starbucks and treat myself. When I hit a milestone, like 30-40-50 pounds lost, I get myself something to help with my new lifestyle and keep me motivated.…
