You are supposed to eat back your exercise calories as MFP already calculates a calorie deficit for you. But I also find that MFP overestimates the amount of calories burned, so it's a neither here nor there kind of thing. If you have calories set at 1200, you likely have not much to lose and are going at it way too…

Emergency hats(bras) Underoos or underthings For my husband, little red banana hammock (even though he wears boxer shorts)

This. To me it sounds like someone chewing carpentry nails. I get the image of someone doing so with their gums all chopped up ad bloody. Ugh thanks for the reminder.

I have a family of myself, my husband and 2 kids, 4 and 8 years old. We spend about $600 a month on groceries in autumn& winter. Spring& summer we have a lot of produce growing, which reduces our bill by up to 1/3.

I have so many friends who are using that crap, and I just shake my head. If I try to say anything, they practically give me a sales pitch. No thanks, I'd rather do it without your 'secret weapon'.

Saturday morning after I pee. Sometimes I will hop on the scale out of curiosity, but I only record Saturday morning.

Nope. I work 10+ hours on my feet, in a pretty physical job. Lifting 25-35 kg is part of my job, and parts of it could be ousted as intense cardio. But I did these things at 230 pounds. Granted I can do my job a lot faster and better without so much extra weight, but no, I don't count it as exercise.

I either exercise in a.m. or late p.m. On a work day I get up at 4:30, exercise, get ready and leave by 5:40am. Home from work between 6-7pm, sometimes later, dinner, spend time with kids, bedtime routine, spend time with hubby, bed between 10-12. Or I will sleep in til 5am and work out before I go to sleep. Days off I…

As long as I was the only one at the time, I don't see how the past number affects me, unless they caught a communicable disease.

I squat. And I don't poop in public toilets. The thought of a backsplash terrifies me.

More wine. But I have to work in the morning. Waah.

Cook it up in low sodium broth and balsamic vinegar, add bacon. Oh heck yes.

Chips are the worst for me. Can't help but eat the whole(family size) bag in one sitting. I don't restrict any certain kind of food, except for chips. I can't have them at all. It's a recipe for disaster.

5'7", 169, size 8/10. 10 is too big, 8 is not quite comfortable yet. I had got down to a 6 before I fell off the wagon. I'll be back there soon.

Lower calorie, sure, I eat 1530-1700 instead of 2100+. Low fat, no thanks. I eat real food, not chemically enhanced nastiness. Low carb, depends on what I feel like eating that day.

Nope. Only the names of my loin fruits.

So does my 4 year old. I'll give you the same advice I gave him. You won't grow up to be happy and strong if you don't eat your veg. Try it, you might like it.

Hmmm. My kids eat plenty of carbs, but they love other foods too. They also play outside, rather than staring at a screen all day, mindlessly stuffing junk into their gobs. Not to say they don't ever watch tv or play video games, they do that as well. Moderation mght also be suitable for kids. Better yet, people in general.

Most of it is awful, but the banana pancakes are spectacular.

Signed my youngest up for t-ball. Walked the long way home and stopped at the park even though my oldest was driving me batty. Set up my exercise equipment so I can work out after I prep the kitchen for painting.

You are doing great. You are trying healthier foods, and minding your serving sizes. If I cut out all junk food, I don't think I'd have the will to do this. Had a poutine for dinner while watching the hockey game last night (there I go doing stereotypical Canadian things again). It was delicious and fun, and now I'm back…

I'm not especially tall, but everyone guesses I'm between 130-150. They are shocked when I say I am more than that. It's weird cause although I do see change, I still feel huge when I look in the mirror.

Let's pretend this never happened by Jenny Lawson. I bought it in October and I'm re-reading it now. Very funny. Diary of a wimpy kid:cabin fever. My 8 year old is reading the whole series to me.

Hi! I have 2 kids and i work 10+ hour shifts starting between 3-7am. I work out after they go to bed, 2-3 times a week. I have a medicine ball and an adjustable dumbbell set. I get cardio in by going for walks with the family, and in better weather we go for bike rides and hikes. I don't get much sleep, except for…

Because I had a stressful week at work and I stuck to. It, and saw a .9lb loss for this week. Previously I would have given up and just lumped around and ate crap.
