5'7, 148 pounds. size 6/8 pants, small/ medium tops. one is too loose, the other a little tight. in between sizes i guess. Never thought i would fit a small or even medium shirt with the shirt muffins.

It just feels...dirty. Everything about it. Maybe it's how i was raised, but i just don't feel right going there, and i can't buy produce at all. I also work for a smaller, local grocery and i tend to support them because the quality, cleanliness and friendliness is better.

A nice guy, sweet but very confident. Doesn't get jealous easily. Doesn't start fights but can finish them. A gentleman with a wild side, they are few and far between these days. I got mine :)

Greek yogurt. I have 2% for when i need more fat as well, but i mostly use the 0% for a much needed protein boost. The kind i use is 18g protein & 120 cals per serving.

I was vegetarian, and then vegan a number of years because i have digestive issues and animal products would make me horribly ill. I eat meat now, but i still have troubles with it.

I don't. I log absolutely everything else that i eat or drink, but whipped cream is made of love and sunshine and rainbows and NOT calories. Thye do count the air, otherwise 1 tbsp would be the same calories as one of whipping cream.

A mocha coconut frappucino. With whip. And a cola with a shot of 151. And the pasta i am about to eat for dinner. Not having a good day, so i have allowed myself some treats, but i will not go crazy. At least i keep telling myself that.

Nothing that i shouldn't have really. Missed out on fruit and veg cause i worked 20 hours, but still made a decent day.

I put it in smoothies, use it in place of milk for cereal and oatmeal, add berries, pineapple, banana or peaches. I replace sour cream for nachos with it.

I mix it with any kind of fruit. I like it best with peaches or pineapple.
