Kids. They are my biggest pain in the kitchen. It would be so much easier and faster to just prep, cook and clean by myself, but I insist they learn to do all those things as well, so it takes much longer in the end. It will be good for them when they move out on their own, but currently it's a pain.

Whatever works and is sustainable for you. I eat lunch and dinner, usually breakfast even if it's a latte on the way out the door. Most days I have afternoon snack as dinner is 6-8 hours after lunch. Breakfast and lunch are usually smaller so I can have a good dinner with the family.

It's an art form. It turns to mush if you use regular cheerios or multigrain, the flavored ones have a kind of coating so they don't go soggy so quick, and you can't just add any old beer. I've done it with a few local brews and they do fine.

Whenever you can. I usually do cardio in the morning/early afternoon and strength train after everyone else is in bed. It's just what I can manage with my schedule.

I'm having serrano pepper poppers w/calabrese& chorizo salami, a salad w/ spinach, tomato, avocado, cucumber and garlic caesar dressing. Possibly a hamburger or chicken as well. I've got 1000 cals after what i've pre-logged, and only lunch to figure out.

For me this is true. I do better with diet and exercise as I have less time to eat if I am otherwise busy. And if I am hungrier I have a good deficit so there's space to eat more and still lose.

Clif builder bars. 20 protein for 270-280 cals is decent, and they're the only bars i've tried that are actually good. Most others i've chucked cause they taste so bad or the texture is awful, and i've yet to find a powder that is palatable. I get an 18 pack for $21 at Costco.
