Cleaning and other things you are doing clearly counted as exercise :) Not just a gym! The only reason why I can afford mine is it is 9.99 a month! But other things you do can burn calories as well :D

Believe me, you can do it! I have a total of four jobs, and work anywhere between 5-7 days a week. I usually tutor 1 hour before school daily for state testing and then tutor after school 2 hours most days. I never leave the town I teach in before 6...but then I fight to go to the gym! Most nights I get home and eat dinner…

If its too late now---we can do it in May! I sadly was away a week and have been sick for 10 days so I had to back down. Going to the gym when sick only makes things worse when my body is trying to fight something off (usually do to exhaustion) so I will hopefully be well by Monday and ready to start over :)

I make avacado salad with dinner to serve as a fruit/veggie and instead of using a carb. I pit/peel then smash it. Add lime, a tad of pepper, along with sliced coconut, green grapes, and strawberries. Comes out to about 300 calories, but it is healthy and uber filling! I highly suggest it :)

First off 120 lbs is not fat! Second of all, if a man thinks you are fat (especially at 120 lbs) then he is not the man you want to be with! I used to weigh almost 200 lbs by the end of college. I had a boyfriend who loved me for me (and believe me he is skinny...like 5 foot 10 inches and 130 lbs) and weight never matter.…

Tonight I made an awesome fruit (yes, avocado is a fruit!) salad with avocado, strawberries and green grapes! Delicious! I highly suggest :D

I'm 5'3" and at 152 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 125. I used to be 197lbs two years ago so losing weight makes me feel great and more proportionate for my shortness!

The weeks I work out I lose weight. Recently when I haven't gone (due to my now 4 jobs) I haven't lost weight. So frustrating because I have been following the 1200 calories guideline religiously!
