  • I had a devil of a time loosing weight while I was on hormone replacement therapy. Nothing I did helped me to loose weight. When I decided to stop HRT, it was easier to loose the weight.   • I personally have to watch my sweet intake. It adds tons of fat and sugar to your system. If I limit my sweets, I don't have to watch calories or work out!!! But that is just me.
