I like balsamic mmm! I eat it by itself as salad dressing. I've never used apple cider vinegar for anything other than baking, but my grandma used to drink a glass of it every day (back in the early 90s) as a weight loss aid.

I'm 5'1" and my goal is 115, ideally by the end of the year, but if not, I'll just have to keep trying. I have a lot further to go than you though, I'm at 190ish and am just starting to take weight loss seriously again.

I know lemon does something in your digestive system that helps you absorb antioxidants and such from tea. I read about it when I was doing a research paper on the health benefits of tea for school (so I was using "scientific, peer-reviewed literature"). But that doesn't really answer the weight loss question.
