Yes i agree you have to make a bit of time for yourself. even if you have to start with some kid dance dvd so the kids dance around with you. at 8 pm i shut tv and computer off. I shut the bedroom door and read a bit of something and at 9 it's lights out. I like it dark as it sooths me. I never need an alarm clock, haven't in years. I'm up at 5:30 am. good luck and keep trying. I use to be a night owl working 2nd shift for years. Now i love morning.

mine gets in his lunch, he is a truck driver, fresh fruit, yogurt with toss away spoon, sandwiches which he loves, and i make them on gluten free wraps. He has to have a GF diet so that is a challenge also. I like the idea of cut up fresh veggies. think i'll try that one.

Lesson learned i would chalk that one up to. Next time someone ask to stay make it clear that it's fine as long as they clean up after themselves. I have one, small but i love it. got it after i had my son, my youngest. I don't regret it one bit and yes for those i share it with are super suprised that i have one. Makes me smile

We are just the opposite. So very dry. the rain keeps going right around us. I think the only think that is saving my lawn is the humidity. Hope things dry out for you and soggy up for me.

I avoid them if at all possible. they may be in somethings i eat but if i have to add suger i use the real thing. I'll take the extra calorie for sure

Hi Brian and thank you so much for wanting to help us all with input and advice. I am doing the 30 day shred and am finding my wrists are a bit on the weak side for the push-ups. Do you have anything that would strengthen my wrists? Thank you again for your help.
