I am trying to cut back, a little at a time, on how much creamer i use in my coffee. I can not drink it black. If it doesn't taste good i don't waste my calories. I have found that i do like the chi latte too. Hey it's a great thing that you are trying to find a solution so you can keep enjoying your coffee.

I so understand this! i have been through so many many many pillows. Went into an Art Van just for something to do and walked out with three of these pillows. yep i totally agree with the above post. My hubby and I were low to no vitamin D we were both put on 50,000 mgs once a week for 3 months then once a month for 3 months. Now we take 600mg per day. You can not believe the difference it has made for us.

I'm all for the water, min. for me is 8 but i sure do try to get more in as i feel it flushes out some of the impurities in my system. also it makes my skin so much nicer:)

we spend about 150.00 per week that is with the GF food for hubby and going out to eat with my Dad for breakfast 4 times a week. 4 in our family but dd is not home much

oh Lynn let me tell you. I did the same thing. When i first started it about killed me to try and even get in 2 minutes, which i couldn't do. by the time 5 months rolled around at working out on it 3 times a week i could do 45 minutes and wanted more. they had to tell me to get off as someone else might want to use it too.…

smoothies are my new thing. you can make them with whatever. if i use them for an entire meal i add the whey protien powder. I'm loving them. I would get sick of egg whites too.

you can add a bit of pizza sauce and whatever toppings with low/no fat cheese and wala mini pizza! (i'm a pizza lover can you tell) nf cream cheese with fresh fruit also' pesto sauce and grilled chicken ( i make mine without the oil and just use water)

i use frozen strawberries 4 one banana 1/3 cup low fat coconut milk 1Tbs. milled flax seed can add one scoop of whey protien if needed for a quick breakfast/meal
