  • Love the rewards my first 10 was getting my ears repierced..it's been a few years my second 10 was getting my hair colored not sure what i'm going to do for my third but the weather will be nice so hmmm i'll read on and get some ideas from others

  • What i use to do at the gym, years ago, was upper strength with cardio one day and the next day lower strength with cardio. Ok what does everyone else say?
