  • I had a bilateral breast reduction in September. I went from an L cup to a C cup. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. It took 6.5 pounds of pressure off my back and they are so perky now. My husband loves them. :-) I have very little back pain now and before it was almost every day. The best part. I don't…
  • For this weekend I did better with drinking water. Today: I have successfully gone from breakfast to lunch without thinking about a snack, let alone having one. Did not buy anything extra from the cafeteria and was satisfied with the healthy lunch I brought from home.
  • Week 2 Weigh In: 242.2 Not sure what happened but I gained 1.2 pounds. Actually I went back up to 244 but lost back down so hopefully I can keep this downward trend through next week.
  • I am at work so can't post pics right now but I have one at the moment. It was for the baby my husband and I lost 10 years ago. I got it done 2 years ago as a Christmas gift. • I apologize for not weighing in yesterday. I was not anywhere near a computer or internet. My weight yesterday was 241.
  • I read somewhere that eating grapes can help curb chocolate cravings. Also, 1-2 ounces of dark chocolate (at least 60% cacao) is actually a healthy snack because of the antioxidants and flavanoids it contains. My nutritionist suggested that I start out weighing every day to see what effects my weight and make adjustments…
  • My goals for this week are: -Drink 8 glasses of water every day -Stay in my calorie range 5 out of 7 days and no more than ~150 over on the other 2 days -Walk at least 3 days even if it is only 10 minutes
  • I am 5'1" and my ultimate goal weight is 115. My first goal is 240. I have a long way to go.
  • I would like to get to 240 by the end of the month which would put me at losing 5.2 pounds. I would also like to stay in my calorie range 5 days of the week and not go over on the other 2 by more then 200.
