the one piece of advice I got, from my skinny husband, was you did not get this way over night, you can't solve it overnight, was probably the best piece of advice I got. Stick with it, you are worth it and so am I. Good going. and thank you for the reminder that it can be done. I never admitted I had a problem to ANY one,…

Thank you. I needed the reminder that it can be done. Keep it up, you deserve it!

While they may not be fore everyone, if they fit in your servings of stuff through out the day, go for it. Some of us have better access to cooking than you may, and you are doing the best with what you have. You GO, just fit it in with your MFP. Best of luck to you.

You look great. Keep it up, your doing this for yourself, so aknowledge your positive steps in the right direction. Some steps may be small but at least we are going in the right direction. Congrats.

You look great, lossing the boobs was so worth it.

Thanks everyone who replied. I know there are various reason for our different weight loss. I was just curious to know about who has eaten the calories back, how much you have lost, and how long that has taken. We have both done amazingly well, and are both happy with what we have accomplished.

Awesome. Did you eat back your exercise calories, or just stay at the 1200?

One thing I do is if I want the bad thing, I eat a good thing first, carrots, 90 cal cerel bar, yogurt, whatever, and wait at least 30 minutes, if I still want it I have it, but usually I have forgotten about it and moved on. May be worth a try.

I'm still in the same size, they are very loose, and I can fit into the next smaller size also. I've lost alot in my leg area, which doesn't mean a new belly size. Your doing great keep it up, before you know it you will have dropped 4 sizes, GOOD GOING

I needed the gym membership as my motivation to get started, paying for it better us it, and now it is just a habit. I feel guilty if I drive by without stopping on my way home. Then I go out and enjoy the weather while it is nice out.

Use the receipe tool under food. That is a great way, it calculates it for you. 1 pound of hamburger, 1 jar of prego, and save it. Then you just go into your receipes and pick it.

I feel for you. You can do it, maybe with a light weight loss you can start to be a little active. I started at the gym and just walked until I was able to go faster and longer, then added just a little weight training. Anyway I get were you are coming from, my husband loves me no matter what (mind you he is not over…

Sorry, but what is wrong with 1lb a week. Giving up shouldn't be a option.

You moved and that is a success, keep it up.

I have a pair of jeans that I bought just before I found out I was pregnant with my son, HE IS 24 today, DAMN I will wear that pair of pants again. Seriously out of style, but I will wear them for aleast 1 day before I throw them in the scrape pile. My husband seems to think this is crazy that I have held on to this 1 pair…

I'm in the same boat with you. Very discouraging. I try to ignore the scale but that is very hard. I'm working out very hard. I have a friend and we started this together, she has lost 50lbs, about 2 a week. I'm very very happy for her, but it is discouraging.

I only record the losses, as MFP will record the gains, and when you loss that 2lb's again, MFP puts that into my total lost. So if I'm at 24lb lost, gain 2, log it, then loss 2 again, it now shows that I have lost 26lb's, I only want to see the actual amount I'm down from the beginning.

I have it, and just kept going. Hurt like HE>>, but it did gradually get better, and now after 3 months of gym, I don't have many problems with it. Just keep trying and increasing what you do, it will get better. I am sure once I finishing lossing the weight, I won't have any more problems. Hope this helps.

Your story, weight and goals are the same as mine. I started in February and am down 25lbs. I hope to be in the same place you are next year this time. I seem to be at a plateu right now. Thanks, and you look GREAT.
-
You can do it. The more times you go, the more proud you are of yourself.
-
Thank you. I needed to read that, I'm the Fat Girl, and know exactly how it feels, trying not to be noticed at the gym. Thanks, that helped today.

Not trying to be negative, but this is not a social function for me, it is about me, and changing my life. I comment on other posts and so on, and I receive encouragement from reading posts, but I have only 5 "friends" on here. I don't request to be anyone's friend. Maybe this will help you understand the difference in…

Thanks, your post is so how I feel. I too had the big loss the first month and then set my plan around that. Then when I did not lose that much the next months I was disappointed. Now, like you, I'm for the small steps, 1 pound gone is 1 pound gone. Thanks, and you are doing awesome, keep it up, your worth it.

You look amazing. I used a weight loss calculator the other day, I need to lose 114 pounds, and it said it was not possible within 1 year, unless I ate -412 calories a day. I needed to see this, thank you.

I have lost 21lbs, and just started to be able to fit into the next smaller size, barely. Keep it up.
