They are Ziploc containers. I buy them at the grocery store or Target.

tuna packed in water (drained) white beans (drained) red onion (finely chopped) parsley (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp. paprika salt and pepper to taste olive oil fresh lemon juice Blend all ingrdeints together, refrigerate for about 30 min (or longer)....and serve.

I just got these from my grocery store...I believe they are Ziploc brand. Target also sells them.

I try to eat 6 meals a day (between 250-300cal each), so of these are actually a lot more! This isn't for everyone and I'm certainly not a nutritionist...just wanted to post to give other's some ideas.
