I started out at 295+ (I stopped weighing at 295) Down to 214 today... trying to lose the rest of the holiday gain I had this year to get back down to 200 where I had been forever it seems.

Hard to say without seeing your food log.... Too low of calories and working out like you do could be doing it. Lord knows it slowed my progress down to a near halt. But also, you can't out train a bad diet... So you might benefit from looking at over-hauling your diet some more.

You can cook with olive oil. It is a good fat for your diet and will add 120 calories a tbsp... Like I fried 3 eggs in olive oil this morning... So I count it in my food diary.

When setting a custom exercise into MFP I plugged in the calories burned via my heart rate monitor. The next time I did that exercise it was using the figures from when I first entered it. I would be leery of using the figures here... Who knows where the initial set up came from. I would recommend a heart rate monitor so…

When I first started losing I had the same fear, and while my skin is still a work in progress I can see that it is adjusting to my new size. I am going to tackle one issue at a time. I am weight training and lotioning the heck out of myself in an effort to help my skin while I concentrate on losing more junk in my trunk.

^^This should be super easy on your joints. Water aerobics could benefit you as well. Also, you could do short walks and short bike rides on a recumbent stationary bike.

Everyday. I log my weight into an app that gives me a trend line and use that as my official weight.

I never eat my exercise calories back, and while that helped me lose 90lbs... I have been stuck here for almost a year. I would say write today off and try to get closer to your calorie goals tomorrow.

They don't work... but my FitFlops are the only shoes I can wear to a theme park all day and not get foot fatigue.

I wouldn't rely on either scale honestly. I would get your own. Timing of when you weigh in can make a big difference on what you get. You got to weigh in at the same time, under the same conditions to be as accurate as possible.

I was the same way with Coke Zero.... But the weight really came off once I gave it up. I had to just go cold turkey. Now my addiction is for iced green tea with liquid stevia.

Working out can cause you to gain water weight. So while the scale might not be moving your could very well be losing inches. Take your measurements regularly. I did the whole 90 days and then some of p90x and lost 2 whole pounds, but lost 15 inches all over my body.
