  • i know how you feel. but your working hard and you did lose 18 lbs! it just may take awhile to see it. it took me about 50 lbs and now that i lost 80 i look at myself and see only about a 20 lbs difference. your eyes just probably need to catch up. but good luck and keep going
  • yeaah this is the 4th month ive missed it. i didnt lose the weight too fast though so for me im thinking its what im eating. ive actually noticed it stopped when i was working out way too hard and stopped eating red meat so ive cut back on the exercise and am eating some meat every once in awhile i hope it comes back even…

  • i think the best thing would be to just think about why you dont want to eat it. maybe get a pic of the dress and keep it on the fridge or something. my aunt had to lose weight but was in no way motivated but she needed surgery. she was in reallyy bad pain but they refused to do it until she got the weight off so everytime…
  • I recently just started the 30 day shred and I am in need of some major toning haha. Have any of you done it long enough to see a difference? I know I have to give it time, but I really don't want to do it if it doesn't improve the look of my abs and thighs.
  • thanks. it is one of my problems. it isnt tooo bad but i definitely need to work on it somehow.
  • 5"4 is actually probably even taller than i am i feel really short haha. i do need to tone though but my chest and arms for the most part are muslce.
  • im about 5"4. i probably should have put that somewhere, everybody looks different at certain weights due to their heights.
  • you guys are all so nice haha. my starting weight was 218 im now 137 so im looking to be somewhere around 130. it took me around 10-11 months.

  • thanks  i cut out all white breads and white pastas. i basically eat only whole wheat/whole grain things. and anything considered "junk food" and for the last 4 months i havent had any red meat.
  • thanks everybody  ive done the treadmill faithfully for about 10 months and cut back on everything eating wise. so basically 30 minutes a day 6 days a week on the treadmill was all it took. i just started doing the 30 day shred so hopefully that helps a little bit with toning.
  • usually a piece of fruit works for me or a 60 calorie sugar free pudding
  • im in the exact same situation. i can barely fill out my a cup anymore they are just ridiculously small. my sister wants to lose weight but i overheard her saying that shes rethinking that because she doesnt want her boobs to get as small as mine :( oh well though we are healthier and should be proud. if you dont mind me…
  • there must be something wrong with me. i think im the only one who doesnt like thanksgiving. i was never big on turkey and stuffing is just ok. apple pie is the one thing i think i would be tempted to eat but i think we're only getting a pumpkin, and i dont like pumpkin pie either haha. soo it looks like ill be maintaining…
  • im finally in the 130's
  • well i havent gotten my period since july. doctors say the weight loss could have done it but i have no idea. if anything though when i exercise it brings on cramps, even though im not having a period. sometimes its so bad i practically fall off the treadmill and cry on the floor

  • So in January I decided I had enough with the way I look and decided to lose weight. I've had so many things get in the way with my health and it's just really bringing me down. So far I've only lost 14 lbs. Most people say don't go by the scale, go by how your clothes fit. But what I don't understand is that the scale is…
  • ughh i know how u feel. i lost 14 lbs since january and still havent dropped a size. its really frustrating but at least your seeing the numbers go down and not up. maybe you could see if there's some medical issue that's making it harder. you should also try measuring youself because im sure you probably lost some inches…
