L3D2 finished! My dogs usually try to help me work out, but the plyometrics (sp?) seem to be too much for them and they've both been in another room during level 3 :laugh:

Just finished the first day of level 3 and am so glad to be finished with level 2! I had to travel for work and brought my weights and computer with me. I thought I would find an excuse not to do it but I surprised myself and finished level 2 on a towel on the floor of my hotel room. 9 more days!!!

I think 30DS was kind of a prototype lol, she recommends only 4/5 days on Ripped in 30, so I think that she learned from this one. I can definitely feel it after 5/6 days so i need a day off. L2D3 finished!!!
