Way to go, your hard work definitely is paying off! Thank you for sharing your story! Congratulations!

Thanks for the suggestions. I will definitely be checking out the Hungry Girl website. In my grocery store they were located in the refrigerated health food section. They are packaged in liquid and come in several different noodle sizes.

They are a little plain, but I think that will make them pretty versatile. I played it safe and tossed them with some garlic, chicken broth and soy sauce but I can't wait to try them prepared other ways

Bump!

Just for today: I will take my exercise outside!

HAHAHAHAHA!

L1D8 finished! I starting using a mirror just to make sure my knees weren't going over my feet on squats and lunges. I think using the mirror actually made me squat and lunge lower -- ouch! I'm up for Ripped in 30 after this. I tried once before and didn't complete it. I would love to give it another shot!

L1D7 finished!!! I keep saying I'm going to take a day off but I think I'll wait until the level is finished ... guess it's a good thing that I keep putting off the break :) Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm not sure if they are the same thing, but here is a great link for laughing cow recipes http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/206037-what-is-your-favorite-laughing-cow-cheese-recipe

I think this should be constantly in rotation!!!

Great job, keep it up!!!

L1D6 Finished!!! I think I will do tomorrow and then take 1 Day off. It makes me laugh to hear about people's kids and pets because my two dogs are definitely trying to help. They love how the legs alternate on the bicycle crunches.

Way to go!!! D5L1 completed!

This sounds fantastical!

Way to push through! That's fantastic that your hubby noticed! I am about to start Day 5 of level 1 so I'm right there with you. I haven't really noticed any changes yet, but I sure feel better after doing it. There is a group for people "shredding" through March. Sounds like you are right where lots of group members are.…

Why would you post something like this?!?! I won't be able to stop thinking about it until I try it. Think I may go for an extra walk now so I can have this after dinner:love:

Congratulations on beginning community college! Everyone's journey is different and you may not be following the same path as many others your age, but by being in college you are creating your own path -- way to go! It's easy to fall into that slump, too bad it's not as easy to get out of it :ohwell: I found the 30DS to…

Ooooooh, I have to agree. I think Jillian sits at home and just laughs thinking about people doing level 2 :grumble: BUT you're right, it does make me better. L1D2 finished!
-
Wow! Way to go!!! That definitely should NOT be hard for you to do. If I did what you did and looked like you do now, those pictures would be on the nightly news! And mission accomplished, I am inspired and on my way to work out. Thank you.

L1D1 Finished! Wow, I really let myself go. This was so much harder for me this time. Can't wait for it to get easier! Loved the idea of using wine as weights :drinker:

Hi All! My name is Katie and I have done 30DS once before. I stuck with it because of a group like this and was so proud of myself for finishing it. I have just move to MA and while I'm job searching I figured I should be a little more aggressive on that 40lbs I have to lose -- can't think of a better way to do it! I don't…

Wow! Way to go. Looks like Ronald lost a little too

I have a WW Pork Piccata recipe which I think is fantastic and easy. *Slice 1lb tenderloin into 10-16 slices *Combine 3Tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt &1/4 tsp pepper and sprinkle over pork slices (shake off excess) * Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork until heated through, probably 1-2 min…

I have developed a little won ton wrapper obsession! I wish everything could be cooked in a won ton wrapper and a muffin tin :) The buffalo chicken cupcakes were amazing! I've made the twice now and the BF, who loves his chicken wings, liked them so much that we even had them for the Superbowl!

I love this thread and wanted to bump this back into rotation. Be sure to check out the first part by going to the link on the first post.

Hi All. I didn't want this to fall off of "my topics" and I thought it might be good to throw it back into circulation! Hope everyone is doing well!

Hi ladies, Sorry I completely fell off the grid, I lost the battle of letting work get in the way. I did however only miss a couple of days which is better than the past. I am on Day 6 but will pull some double days to get myself back on track. I unfortunately stayed the same weight at 168 :( Sounds like everyone is doing…
