It seems to say that I'm burning 100 calories every 10 minutes (roughly) no matter what I'm doing at the gym, cycling, elliptical, treadmill etc. I've seen/heard other people post their calories burned and it's rarely ever that high.   • I think I'm going to try it, I just decided this week though and am just now looking up recipes and resources. Do I have to have the book? I don't want to spend the $40, and our library has a waiting list. If anyone has any great resources I'd appreciate it!
