I would love to join you too. I am in the same weight range and need to lose about 40 lbs to be healthy. It has been a rough year. I do well for a bit and slide back into bad habits. I really just need to accept this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix.

I always question the how much they suggest to eat, but I believe in it. When you are doing these workout programs your body is burning so many calories you need to replenish yourself with more. I think they key is to make those calories quality calories....I have to admit I struggle in that area.
