I breath better since I have lost weight but that could be due to two things. 1. The weight loss or 2. The fact that I exercise and move more. So is it the fat or the lack of movement that causes the breathing issues? My belief is that it is a combination of the two.

I started packing my lunch the night before. Not only does it give me one less thing to do in the morning, but I also have to take it with me so it doesn't go to waste. I always pack enough for snacks too. If someone brings in a cupcakes I can happily settle for a banana or some almonds.
