16 pounds is awesome! You do have to remember that you are doing this for yourself but I agree that it's nice when other people notice. And they will, if they haven't already. Maybe some people don't want to say anything. Or perhaps they are just simply unobservent. As your pounds and inches melt away, people will notice!…

Sweet Onion Teryaki - either on whole wheat or as a salad. Monterey Jack Cheese. Loaded up with veggies. Had it last night as a sandwich and it was only 465 calories.

I agree! I eat some of my burned calories but not all. Also, if I know I'll be eating out or eating something special, exercising is a great way to do so without feeling guilty.

A little boob would be ok (I got mine reduced so I actually like their size now) but mostly butt. My butt's the reason I can't fit into nice jeans! Losing arm fat would be great too!

No pics but I've got three. A double women's symbol on my shoulder blade, a rainbow Maple Leaf on my left ankle, and my daughter's name and footprints on my right calf. I'm hoping to get at least one more - I just haven't designed it yet!
