Thank you heybales. That's exactly what it is. I'll try that next time. I was manually logging it as weights, which I know was wrong because there actually is a good bit of cardio.

Tuesday is a busy night at our house. Pick son up from afterschool at 5: 45 then scouts at 6:30.
