Hi, I feel your pain. I have never been a water drinker. I never feel thirsty which is odd but whatever. Anyway, this might be an odd suggestion but I actually just chug a 16.9 oz bottle of water after I get up in the morning and then after I work out. I then try and chug another one right at the water cooler at work…

I rarely vacuum LOL, so when I do I log it. I figure it is outside my normal activities. Same thing for shoveling snow or raking leaves. Random housework I never log.

My PR so far is 24:02 for a 5K race. Been running for just over 2 years. I think my first one was like 29 min. When I run around outside or on the TM the time is much slower, like 27:00 - 30:00. Have you run a race yet? You might be surprised what you do at a race at "race pace" what with the adrenaline and all the other…

I recommend GNC Pro Performance AMP Extreme Wheybolic 60 Chocolate. The serving size is for bodybuilders at 3 scoops and 60 g of protein. If you use one scoop you get 20 g of protein for only 93 calories and it is freaking delicious. If you mix it up in the shaker with 8 oz. skim milk you are getting like 28 g of protein…

GNC carries one for body builders and the "serving size" is 3 scoops and 60 g of protein. I use it but use ONE scoop (93 calories) for 20 g of protein a day. The chocolate is very tasty. It is called Wheybolic Extreme 60" I believe. When you go into GNC they try and lead you to all these "womens products" which have oodles…

Nobody says you have to eat cauliflower OR cottage cheese. Eat something you do like.

Hi, we went to FL in April and I found it pretty easy to stay on track. We ran every morning (it was so gorgeous out) and then sometimes rode the bicycles in the afternoon which was fun AND burned calories. Eating wasnt as hard as I thought. I didnt let them talk me into "Fries with that" and opted for side salads with…

I did this workout this morning. It is only moderately difficult. It took me 20 min to complete since I kept looking at the directions. I weigh 125 pounds. I doubt I burned 300 calories. I put myself down for 200 but I still feel like I might be overexaggerating??? Maybe a heart rate monitor would help... Carole

Welcome to MFP. I think you will find that when you have to put the foods you eat into the phone it makes it easier to say no. That's what I have found. Good luck! Carole
