I've run 3 marathons and have never given up strength training. In my opinion you should do some strength training to keep your core strong.

I don't understand why people hate on Crossfitters. I would love to try it but simply can't afford it. If you can handle what they throw at you at Crossfit I say brag about it and get the friggin tshirt. You should be proud that you can handle it.

I'm skinny healthy and I watch what I eat because I LIKE to be skinny healthy. It drives me crazy when people say "oh you can eat whatever you want." NO I cant, not if I want to stay this way. So I feel your pain.

Something is wrong. I would take them back. New shoes should not require a break in period. They should fit right and work correctly right away.

I made up my own kettlebells one under cardio. They claim I burn 1200 calories an hour doing it which I dont believe. So I say it does 800 an hour and it seems to work out.

I'm not sure at all about baking with it. I tried to nuke some with oatmeal one day and the results were lumpy and weird. I dont see why you couldnt try it. You can google cooking with protein powder and see what comes up?

Hi, obviously you wont have the calorie burn but I have found that walking helps my knees overall. I've been on it for years and weigh less than I did when I started. I work out a lot tho so I can eat what I want. Any birth control says it will cause weight gain. Hi, if my calculations are correct you are burning about 350 calories per day. I would eat at least 250 of them back in the form of protein like grilled chicken if you can. Some people eat back their "bonus calories" with the wrong things like a starbucks or other sugary/carb stuff. Good luck
