How are Kettlebells and weights in general listed in the exercise database. I'm trying to enter my kettlebell/weight workout onto my diary.
Any suggestions? ?Thanks.

They'll be under Strength if they are anywhere ...0

Look under cardiovascular: Total Body Conditioning or Strength Training! that is what I use so I do not have to itemize each exercise!0

I made up my own kettlebells one under cardio. They claim I burn 1200 calories an hour doing it which I dont believe. So I say it does 800 an hour and it seems to work out.0

Reptileszz............When you say 800 calories an hour, what size kettlebell are you using? I'm 67 and fairly new at using kettlebells. So I've started with a really light one, in hopes of moving up as I get better at it.0
