  • Add me! I work full time (let's face it, more than full time). My kids are 2 and 5. I also really struggle each week with balance, and I'd love to connect with some folks who get that leaving your kids during the only part of the day you get to see them is just not that easy.

  • Yup! I'm 32 with 2 kids (4 and 1). Both pregnancies brought weight that never magically disappeared the way I somehow thought it would. Ha! I'm finally doing something about it, and trying to learn to make physical activity a permanent part of my life along the way. Feel free to add me.

It's okay to eat things that are low in nutrition density at times, but if you do it often on a low calorie diet you won't get all the great stuff your body needs.
