  • @dkwi04 it's rough trying to go sugar free in my house because I'm a professional cake decorator and I have to taste everything I bake lol! Luckily I'm not overly busy during the first round of this diet. I try to take the teeniest bite just to make sure everything is good. Before I used to nosh on cske scraps all day.

  • @chesves I also have 1-2 cups a day with sugar free vanilla coffee mate and I'm still losing. I only drink coffee when it's cold so that'll be ending soon lol! But you're right, you don't want to deprive yourself or you might stray from the plan.

  • Cardio fix was definitely a tough one! I like when I get a good workout! Scale was down another pound today so that's 3.7 so far and also puts me under the number I tend to get stuck at! Hopefully it keeps going down and doesn't pick another number to stick to lol

  • Day 2 for me. My legs are really sore so I'm glad today was upper body fix. I took my measurements yesterday and was pretty shocked at the high numbers. I'm also a daily weigher but I will wait till the end to measure again. Scale was down 1.7 today!
  • I started today too! The weekend was too busy so I'm doing my meal prep today. Got in total body cardio this morning. Holy *kitten*! I modified a few of the exercises and my legs still feel like jello.
  • My vacation is in July so I'd like to have at least half the weight lost by then. My daughter really doesn't need to lose weight but she's thinking about rejoining her college lacrosse team in the fall so she wants to get back in shape.
