  • Had a crazy week so didn't get much time to check in. I had 11 mother's day orders and 3 graduation cakes so I only got 5 hours sleep in 3 days. Still recovering from that.   • Was finally able to get lower fix in at 9:30pm. Took the dogs out for a quick walk this morning then spent the day working on accent pieces for my cake orders. Got all my containers in just under the wire. I still need to work making time to eat rather than working straight through.

  • Day 19, cardio fix done. My legs are tired! Finishing up an order then will do upper fix after dinner. Scale was the same to the ounce again as usual. So I haven't lost anything beyond this number since the beginning of week 2. Curious to see what my measurements are on Sunday.

I also have a friend that is a coach and came here for a wedding cake tasting (I'm a cake decorator), wolfed down about 4 full servings of cake then claimed because my cake is made from scratch it's still considered "clean eating". Really? I'd hate to take nutrition advice from her lololol

  • Feeling much better today. Headache is just about gone. Scale was up .4 but it's that time of the month so I'm a bit bloated. I switched up the exercise schedule and did TBCF first and I'll do Pilates later. Really felt it in my abs today, which is where I need alot of work so that's a good thing!
