I say if you're not feeling the cardio now, you're not going to feel it later. So take baby steps. If it's hard to do push ups, then strength training is definitely a necessity. Build your strength and tone while burning those calories.

I think that it's important to understand why you're exercising (lose weight, build strength, etc.) That's what motivates me. But if you find it very difficult to exercise, I would suggest doing something active that you enjoy doing. Like a sport, dancing, walking the dog, or kick boxing. Hope that this helped!

I use to binge a lot, but earlier today I was counting the calories of all of the food that I use to eat in one day. I have been making Youtube videos for a minute, but just started a new channel on weightloss at youtube.com/msrosieweightloss. It is a great tool to utilize because you can document your progress and have people to motivate you just like on MFP. I will check your channel out.
