I understand how you are feeling. Losing inches is good. If you are gaining muscle your pounds may not change much. It seems like you aren't eating enough. I'm at the same place you are and a trainer I spoke with told me 1200 calories is not enough becuase of the way I work out.

Wow! I had Pizza Hut tonight also. I did my work out and I didn't go over my calories because I didn't eat like I should have today. I was really surprised at the calories a slice packs. I think I will be staying away from pizza for a while. :grumble:

Thank you for sharing. I'm going into my third week and I'm a bit frustrated. I have always worked out and paid attention to my eating. I really am working hard to get rid of about 10 pounds. I lost a couple of pounds my first week but I gained about a pound my second week. I have looked and I can't figure out what…

You may want to try to see a thyroid specialist. They need to do more than just blood work sometimes to determine if something is wrong.

Great Job!! I ran my first 5k in December. It was wonderful. I was like you, not sure what to do but I survived it and took almost 2 minutes off my time. Good luck on your next run. :smile
