I have just joined this group as i am an motional eater mainly in the evenings when i am bored or restless. I shall now sit and read all the post on this site to try to distract me. Thanks :wink:

Hello All I am new just joined on Thursday and think its a great site better than most of the diet site's you have to pay to join. So thank you to the site creators and host for a good job. It will be good to have some new friends to chat with on here.
