i'm waiting for my tosca reno book to arrive from Amazon :) really excited to start it, i've lost 45lbs, alot of it before MFP and i feel very stuck shifting that stubborn last 1olbs! i think my exercise routine is great and i'm really motivated but my eating lets me down and i drift in and out of eating well, so fingers…

me toooooo... 8lbs to go but its taking forever compared to in the beginning, i've only lost 9lbs since January!!!!!!! Good luck all x

it took me 11months to lose 45lbs :) seems to be average. All the best at reaching your goals

Great feel good thread :) i'm female, 25, 5ft4 and my current weight is 137lbs, my start weight was 182lbs and my goal is 126lbs :) i have before and after pics but they are in underwear and i'm not sure its for the world lol Keep smiling and keep losing everybody much love :)
