OK I have done some further research and have worked out that my dosage should be around 0.5mL of Albut twice a day and 0.25mL of T3 once a day for first week then double the dosage week 2. Can anyone confirm this pleeeeeeeeeeeease?!!

Not sure if it makes a difference but the details are: Liquid Albut 60mL @ 6mg/ml Liquid T3 30mL @ 200mcg/ml
