  • Great job!!! I just recently finished my first 5k race with following the couch to 5k plan. I was never a runner before but always wondered if I could. This will inspire me to keep running and trying to go for longer distances and times.
  • You can add me. I am always looking for new friends to help me out. I am on every M-F and I have been trying hard to stay consistant on the weekends and try to log them. I am a newby as of a month or two ago and am trying to get back into working out and trying to be a runner. :smile:
